DO NOT!! Let me repeat DO NOT use R&S!! They were a company that we had used for years, at my other property. We didn’t have any issues at this property until we asked for them to move the keypad. After that, all it was was issues. Mind you we had the keypad moved in August , and by MID-August, it was already messing up. We were already calling in for repairs. By Labor Day weekend, the gate was already non-functioning. Come to find out, the way they installed. It was not the way it was supposed to be installed. When I emailed them detailing the order of events and the gate pad kept messing up, they tried to turn it around on me. Specifically, Manny. So as it stands right now, I will never give them another minute of work. I will never pay another penny to one of my sites . Do I have a gate company right now? NO💯But I’d rather have no company then go through R&S
